Std that causes liver issues not hepatitis.

Hello,
Back in 2020 I had a very bad scare with std initially I thought it was hiv or hepatitis a,b and c for 2 years I did alot of testing I even went to donate multiple times I've even had a baby and nothing came back out of the norm. Finally I gave it up, during the course of these years I've had issues like I've had bad smelling flatulence, pain across my mid back and my spleen occasionally flares up and my liver hurts I also feel full alot. All of this points to liver issues at first I thought it was in my mind because I have gonrlw out of my way to test and I always come back negative  for Hep A,B AND C. Recently I had a new sex partner and I did notice a change in his skin color he seemed jaundice it freaked me out bcs that would conclude my thoughts are indeed correct. What other stds that are not standard  ones can cause this? I don't know what it is still and doctors look ar me crazy.

There aren't any other STIs that affect the liver, and it sounds like you've had all the testing done.

I read through your previous posts, and what happened to you is called stealthing. It's a crime in some states/countries, and it's traumatic. I understand why you are still anxious about this. Have you ever had any therapy to deal with this?

I'm really sorry that this happened to you. Stress can cause a lot of gastro stuff, and that's not to discount your symptoms - they are very real and scary.

I hope you consider therapy. If you need to go get tested again to get confirmation that you don't have anything, go one last time and put it to bed. But only do it once, and get therapy. You deserve to find peace. :)

What has caused this new sex partner to become jaundice if not a sti? Also my last partner also had issues with his spleen. Pain but went to er and all was normal.
You don't know that he's jaundiced. Did he go to the doctor and get diagnosed with jaundice? Did he have tests to show that?

If your last partner went to the ER and everything was normal, then he doesn't have spleen issues.

Your tests are normal. Your partner with the spleen pain had normal tests. If your new partner hasn't gone to the doctor, you don't know that he's jaundiced. Jaundice patiences are actually YELLOW. Their eyes can become yellow, their abdomens distended. - https://www.everlywell.com/blog/b-vitamins/jaundice-causes/

It doesn't just go away.

There is no evidence that any of you have an STD. I understand and empathize with you that you went through something very traumatic. However, you don't have an STD, and this is an STD forum. I'd really encourage you to work with your respective doctors for any symptoms, and for you to get therapy. It really can help.
