Std..pls help
I had an unprotected sex with a middle age woman..she seems clean..but after 2 weeks i had lower abdominal pain..burning sensation while urinating..left thigh and testical mild pain..tiny red sores on behind head of penis and foreskin..could it be std?no discharged coming ouy frm penis..after urine infection medication now urinating is better..
