Streaking red/purple "depressions" on inner thighs.

I have loosely streaking red/purple depressions and bumps on my inner thigh. When I say depressions I mean that the areas near some of the bumps are not raised but actually below the normal skin level.

I noticed the depressions/bumps a few days ago and didn't think anything of them, because I have chronic eczema and they are in an area where I usually itch--it's still *possible* that they are eczema, and the area around them does itch.

A little bit about myself: 19 yr old male, normal weight. Have not had unprotected "sex" so-to-speak for a few months, but did have had unprotected sexual activity about a month and a half ago (the bumps just appeared, though).

Should I be worried about this and schedule a dermatologist's appointment? Any ideas about what this could possibly be? Please help!

Thanks.

these sound more like stretch marks than anything dear.

if you are concerned, see your provider. this is not a std related concern.
