Strep Throat or something worse?

Yesterday I posted up a question about having a high fever and a swollen gland inside my throat. Well today this morning my high fever is gone and my temperature is back to normal but I finally examined my mouth and notice a sort of a white-ish bump right next to my tonsils. When I tried to swallow any food or liquids it felt like I was swallowing hot razor blades. I am optimistic but I don't believe in coincidence because 5 days ago I had unprotected sex with a new partner. And prior of just having regular intercourse with her, I did go down on her ate her out afterward.

Thanks to two gentlemen from answering my previous question yesterday I now know that my symptoms came to soon for it ARS related (symptoms of HIV) but I still fear that I might have caught an STD and that the symptoms I'm having are similar to a Strep Throat Infection. Such as my stomach was hurting the next day after having unprotected sex. The second day at I developed a headache. On the 3rd, in the morning I had a high fever of 103.7 & a sore throat and finally now today being the 4th day after sleeping with her I notice this white bump next to my tonsils.

My new question now is

1). Could this possibly be an STD?

2). If yes, which one in particular?

Thank you for your words of comfort, I'm going to see a doctor & not worry about STD's but still get tested using the timeline that you gave me just to be sure. Hopefully my results come out negative & I can continue on with my life being more precaution.

I suggest you see a Dr and not worry about STD's from the above encounter.
If what you have is herpes then you have had it for a while. Herpes is not going to show up after 5 days. But herpes-1 is common, over 60% of the population has it. It is not considered a STD.

Also what if my bottom lip is swollen, I just did some minor research & I found out that its a fever blister also known as Herpes HVS-1. I'm now beyond freaked out & scared ******** of whats going to become of my personal wellbeing. What should I do from this point on what would you recommend me do as in getting tested & getting treated?

1) Possible but not likely.
2) Only real possibility would be oral gonorrhea, but I think this is probably viral infection.
