I thought I had transmitted gonorrhea to my partner's anus (via analingus) but my test results showed I had strep. Can strep bacteria cause anal problems?

If you had Strep yourself you could have transmitted it. It is more common to transmit it by having impetigo (wound) infection caused by strep then scratching it and then scratching the anal area. But, if you know you had strep throat then it is possible.
