STD in General

Im a female. Can you get an std by mutual masturbation only no sex. We kiss...I gave him a hand job but he never came. Then he masturbate me with his hand and finger me. Nothing else.

STD's are transmitted from unprotected oral, vaginal and/or anal sex. Not dry humping, with or without clothes. Need some kind of penitration.

No you should not and in future episodes with the same sexual contact you should not be concerned. If you continue to be concerned then you might want to limit what you do sexually until your in a relationship and partner has been tested for STD's just so you can have peace of mind.

Use condoms for giving oral sex and having vaginal and anal sex. Talk to your partners about STD's and you should not have much of a concern.
