Swollen Lymph nodes

Have swollen lymph nodes for a number of months, which are painful to touch and impede walking. Extends to minor groin pain which feels muscular. Negative VDRL, gonra, chlamid, HIV tests. Prescribed doxycycline for 7 days, which has had no effect. Had painful urination on second day of antibiotics, no other days. Possible sexual infection from contact. Any ideas?

X ray and ultrasound (except the visible nodes) are unremarkable, yet the discharge and change in activity would appear to be the only change factors, both indicating possible STD. Pain is still prevalent in upper pubic bone, front of hip.

With negative tests, don't see this as STD related.
