Symptoms after 11 months

I have been in a monogamous relationship with my boyfriend for almost 11 months now. The last time I had unprotected sex was before this.
I recently had a very bad UTI. I have probably had about 5 in my life now since I was very young. I believe this to be the worst, however. At first I didn't even think I had a UTI.. I thought I was just spotting at a very odd time since I am on the pill. Anyway, it was very painful to urinate and very bloody, and I was leaking so much blood constantly (and I know for certain it was not menstrual) that I had to wear a pad. I was prescribed Ciprofloxacin, which did nothing within 2 days so I went back to the doc and she prescribed me Macobid, which seemed to help a lot. It has now been a few days and everything has cleared up, but I am still taking my medication for the 10 whole days.
I began to notice pain in my genital area during this time, just before I started my period, but I thought it was due to the UTI until I discovered a mysterious, small rash around my anus and lower vagina. I thought it might be irritation from shaving because my skin is very sensitive, but I am doubting that because there is a painful in my mouth right behind my bottom molar on top of my gum. And at first, it was just a few bumps along the sides of my vagina, but now a couple of small patches have formed near my anus. They are not painful unless touched.
I also had what I thought was a small pimple on the side of my neck (and I NEVER get acne except RARELY on my face), but I have had it for a few weeks and it is taking quite a while to heal, and I am wondering if it is related.
I am wondering what this could possibly be. None of the information I have researched about the time it usually takes for symptoms of STIs to appear seem to match the time frame. None of the pictures I have looked at seem to really look the same, either. It definitely doesn't look like the herpes pictures I have seen, but I am suspecting maybe syphilis? After my period, I am going to the doc to be tested for everything (do you have to wait until you are done your period to be tested?). In the meantime, what do you suspect this could be?

Your symptoms to not make me think that it is STD related.
You do not have to wait to be tested because you can do a urine test and blood tests for STD's.
I would advise testing and also an exam with your Dr (after the period is done for the exam).
