Symptoms from Receiving Oral Sex

Hello, so this is what happened. On December 29th, I received oral sex from a csw. The next day I had a discomfort feeling at the tip of the penis. I went a few days later to get tested for stds and everything came back negative. Then I was prescribed with Doxycyline. The pain at the tip of the penis has gotten better but I still have a discomfort feeling. I went to a urologist and he told me I have prostatis and I also showed him some small bumps that I noticed after having oral sex on the bottom of the rim of my penis and he said it was natural. So, the urologist prescribed me to keep taking Doxycycline. I've also been having muscle ache and joint pain since taking the medication and before the medication I've been having lower back pain and it's still ongoing. I just want to know if somehow these symptoms might be for an std like herpes or anything else. I know oral sex is low exposure for stds, but just want to make sure. Thank you!

No I see nothing that would lead me to think this has anything to do with a STD.

*The small bumps on the bottoms of the rim of my penis are barely noticeable and resemble penile papules. I'm not sure if warts can look like this and the tiny small bumps are symetrical along the rim.
