Symptoms gone after antibiotics, but negative for Gonorrhea and Chlamydia

Hello,

I am a 19 year old college student and over my first year at school I engaged in unprotected sex with four female partners. Most recently, I slept with one partner in May, and then only one more since early June. I went home from college and did not have any symptoms until about two weeks after my last time engaging in unprotected sex. First I had frequent urination, followed by diarrhea and discomfort around my anus. Next I began to experience painful urination, and then one morning I awoke with yellowish/greenish discharge coming from my penis. Right away I went to a clinic and received antibiotic treatment (a shot and pills for chlamydia and gonorrhea).  Right after my antibiotic treatment my symptoms began to subside (the only episode of discharge was that one morning), and the next day I no longer had any discomfort during urination and seemed completely fine. However, my partner tested negative for both gonorrea and chlamydia. I am very worried that I may have been exposed to HSV-1 or HSV-2, but I have had absolutely no lesions. I am going to get a blood test for herpes next week. What could I have?
