Update!! Std tests came back neg for all the ones they normally test for. The dermatologist is doing a biopsy tomorrow. One of the things she mentioned when she looked at it was a rare std called donovanosis. I looked it up and the time period isn't right for it either. It will show between 3 days and 12 weeks. I am going on 17 weeks and it had been there less than 2 weeks. So about 15 weeks from possible exposure. Hopefully the biopsy will tell me what it is once and for all!!
Thank you for your responds grace. The pinky nail sized red spot on my scrotum just seems to be a bit jarring and a rather unpleasant feeling. I was thinking that 4 months was a bit too long to now be seeing symptoms of any of the STDs that cause lesions in the genital region. Just wanted to hear someone far wiser than I am on STDs say what I was thinking. I think I will keep my appt with the derm doc just so I can maybe know what it actually is incase I some how get another one of these in the future. Again, thanks for posting back to me grace!!
no reason to think this is syphilis and really no reason to see a dermatologist for it either. The risk of any std from receiving oral sex is rather low in general and the risk of syphilis is even less likely.
It's been 4 months, time to put this unprotected oral sex encounter behind you and move forward. It was too low of a risk to still be thinking anything in the genital area was related to it.

Thanks for your encouraging words apitoxin. I so hope that is all it is. I have a derm appt tomorrow at 2 so I hope I can get a definitive answer. They said the test I did take would take 7-10 business day to get results. I have a feeling it is because it is a free clinic that it is so delayed. I have been so worried that I have lost my appetite.
Hi there friend, i have exactly the same exposure and I have the similar bumps like you. I've been tested for syphilis and herpes twice and it was negative. I also been to the doctor and he said that it was a pimple and he gave me palenox to cure it. You probably have the same symptoms like me. Good luck on your test, all the best
To add some info. Right now it's flat and red but not open about the size of a pinky finger nail. No crater or divot. Just red and glassy looking.
