What are my chances of contracting STD from unprotected oral sex?

Yesterday I went to a massage parlor and I made the biggest mistake.

1). I let the therapist give me oral sex without condom for about 2 or 3 minutes and clearly her saliva was on my penis.

2). Also I may have touched her vagina and subsequently touched my genital with the same hand.

Now I'm very scared and stressed that I may contract some kind of a disease. What are my chances of contracting such a disease from above 2 methods?
Should I test for STD and what is the best time period to test?
I would deeply appreciate your help, thank you.
