Syphilis test VDRL and TPPA

Hi, I received an oral sex on last 15th. I got so worried after that. 16th March i went to the hospital for a blood test, which included HIV and syphilis test. All are negative as expected. But i found something different on the internet. For syphilis test, there are many types of the test. RPR and VDRL were mentioned on my test report. But some people said that both this two tests are similar and i should take one test called TPPA also to make sure that i am really not infected. In China, all hospitals test RPR and TPPA. But here only RPR and VDRL.

I just got back to my normal life for only one day and now i got worrried again as before as they said RPR and VDRL sometimes may fail to detect syphilis virus. And TPPA is more sensitive, so it is the last guarantee.

Does any one here tell me the difference between all these tests? i just wanted to go back to my normal life and dont want this again.
