You need to give it a couple of more days yet. You should wait a full week until you resume sex again.
You can only get hiv if you have sex with someone who has hiv or are sharing needles with someone who is hiv+. It won't just appear out of nowhere. You need to wait until 3 months after the last time you had sex to get yoru hiv test.

is there any chance that the infection spread? cuz sometimes i feel slight cramps in my sides
Symptoms after 6 weeks is very rare. What were your symptoms?
i noticed slight discharges, urethra itching, slight cramps. I went to the doctor to check for Gonnorhea and Clamydia. He prescribed my 1000mg Azithromycin. Test results should be avaliable today or tomorrow. I might have had symptoms before but I only noticed it recently. I assume I got it from the last partner I had and it was in mid november.
That's the treatment for NGU and chlamydia, and unfortunately, not a lot of docs test for NGU, which is a shame as its very common.
As you've been told, give it a few more days. If your pains worsen, call your doctor.
Aj
oh also, can the STD cause skin irritations? such as rashes?
NGU is a non specific infection in the urethra. It means you have a bacteria in there that they can't identify. They usually test for this by looking for white blood cells in your urine.
It depends on the std. You have a rash? You didn't mention that before. Has the doctor seen it?
Aj
yes i have rash as my skin is fairly dry and i tend to scratch where ever there is a slight itch. Could this be related to STDs as well?
Is this all over your body or genitals only?
An all over rash wouldn't be from an std.
AJ
no, not a rash that is just all over.
its on the back of my thigh, its gone now.
i don't have rash all over, or near my genitals. Should I be worried about it? Just one small patch on the back of my thigh
that rash has nothing to do with an STD.
