Tangling in penis

I had an unprotected oral sex, couple of days later I had a burning/tangling feeling inside my penis without ANY discharge, I got concerned and decided to seek medical help, the doctor asked for a quick urine test which had everything normal other than a slightly high leukocytes level of 25, she gave me an immediate antibiotic infusion AND  a 1000 mG of Azithromicyn while I was in the clinic followed by another 500 mG Azithromicyn to be taken 24 hours later, in parallel she sent my urine sample to be tested for STDs (no results yet), today is the third day after I started the antibiotics and I am still having the same symptoms without any improvement, is this normal ??

Just to give the full picture during the sexual intercourse the women masturbated me hardly (for quite a long time).

Your response is highly appreciated as my anxiety levels are super high (close to depression).

Thanks
