Testicle issue: itching, sore (sometimes)

Hi, since July I have been having itchy testicles. I can feel one area that is sore but there's no real bump or lump there. its not open and weeping or bleeding. One the other testicle, a filiform like thing came up last year and went away after a couple of weeks (I was pulling it and it got sore but before that didn't hurt). Any idea what these could be? I keep touching it every night and scratching it and that makes it worse.

I was tested for chlymdia and gonorrhoea recently and that came back as normal.

On my penis glad most mornings there is a red circular thing (sort of like ring worm but not raised) - but when i have a bath it goes....then comes back hours later. Its not painful.

Also on my penis glans are to very small purple dots - could these just be blood blisters?

Any help would be appreciated.

Warts are contracted by direct rubbing against some one who has them in the genital area so they are most common on the penis shaft or pubic monds area and rubbing testicles on someones genital area would be painful as you can imagine.

Hi what your mentioning is not suggestive of any std and masturbation is zero risk. It would appear you anxiety is causing you to notice things that may have been there all along.
When i get genital itching i use 1% cortizone cream with aloe and itching clears up in a day but if your concerned have a doc check you out.

Thanks, I just had another look and can feel and see, on the underside of my testicle on one side, these hard-ish, white , slightly protruding"lesions" - one of the is the one that hurts if i fiddle with it.

The filiform thing I felt and saw last year, is that suggestive of a genital wart. It was pink coloured and finger like.

I forgot to say my only sexual exposure in the past two years (after full std check/all negative) has been mutual masturbation. No oral, no penetrative sex. I'm gay, by the way.
