Tingling scrotum after oral sex

I received oral sex from a female through a glory hole 6 months ago without a condom. Since then I have had slight pain in the tip of my penis and a lot of tingling sensations. Most of the tingling sensations are on my scrotum and behind my scrotum. I also have an increase in zits or ingrown hairs in my pelvic region but not on my genitals. The skin looks slightly dry and red. I was tested for all common std's 10 days after exposure and they were all negative except HSV1 which I already new I had. My body does tingle a little in other random places but most of it is the scrotum. I have taken diflucan pill 10 day for fungus along with ketoconozol cream. I have also tried cortisone cream and another cream that my dermatologist recommended. Nothing has worked and the last time I saw my dermatologist he said that it was all in my head. I can assure you it is not all in my head though. I have tried very hard to forget about it and move on in life but it is very difficult. I did get an antibiotic shot in my butt cheek before getting original test results back. It seemed to give my a bunch of zits on my upper butt and they disappeared quickly. My scrotum often feels hot and the skin feels raw. Some days are better than others. My anus did itch for the first 2 months but hasn't for the last 4 months. Please give me any information that you think could help. Thank you.

I would like to add that I am from the NE part of the US and it is mostly cold and that is another reason I don't think it is anything to do with fungus. I don't sweat much.

Hi what your describing would not be std symptoms related to the glory hole oral. If you did contract herpes the symptoms would have been blister sores on the penis shaft followed by flu like symptoms that would have appeared a week or 2 later. Nothing to do with your scrotum. I would suggest stop touching your penis checking for things as would appear as the doc says all in your head.

I should also add that i have had slight abdomen discomfort once in a while since the encounter. This is the first time I had ever done something like this and I will never do it again. I just want to get back to being a healthy again.
