Pain in Urethra, comes and goes.

Just over a month ago I had a sexual encounter with a work colleague and didn't use protection.
Since then I have had a comprehensive STI check (Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, Syphilis, Hep A/B/C and HIV) all results returned negative.
The day after my encounter I experienced a sharp pain in my Urethra that now comes and goes.
I'm concerned that my Chlamydia and Gonorrhea results may be incorrect as they were tested at 11 days, however my doctor disagrees.
What could I be suffering from? What should I do next?
Please help!

Hi no std shows symptoms the next day but takes about a week and testing for things like gono and chlamydia would be conclusive at 11 days for sure so it would appear that you have an injury from the act itself. also std symptoms in the urethra dont come and go but are constant. Maybe it ripped inside which would take time to heal and when your constantly checking for things like puss discharge your opening up the wound again. Try leaving it alone and see if the pain continues. Short of that, have a doc put a scope inside to visable see if anything is abnormal.
