Tingling warning or mindgame

I need to be perfectly honest so here goes... I have received oral from three different 'bar girls' (on separate occasions) in Thailand recently (2 or 3 weeks ago) one of them I gave oral to. As the oral was un protected I feared that I may contract something but did it anyway (fool). I don't know if I have anything or if my mind is playing tricks on me. My penis feels itchy on the inside (from time to time) and there is a little clear discharge so minimal that it could be normal? This has only been for the last two or three days which is about 2 weeks since the last posible exposure. There is no burning or pain just the tip of penis is a little moist and i have the itchy sensation on the inside even on the inside down the shaft. I think I've felt this sensation before but may have just passed after a few days and put it down to diet I.e. Fungus infection of toe nails I also have maybe too much yeast??
I have noticed my hands are quite dry and sheding skin a bit - related?
Question: is it possible that I do not have an STD ??

Worrying about it can make experience symptoms even though u may not have contracted anything. Check just to be sure though. Don't think or worry too much though

the risk of an std from unprotected oral is low but not zero. why not just go and be seen and get some basic urine testing done and go from there?
