Tiny White Bumps Around Mouth

I have had these tiny white bumps all around the corner of my mouth and lips for the better part of a month now.  I have used a ton of at home remedies I have researched like apple cider vinegar and corn starch and even started using cold sore medicine - nothing has seemingly helped.  They do not hurt and they cannot be seen unless I am really getting up in the mirror.  Right before they first started appearing I also had some white cracks occur on my lower lip and found nothing about it online that seemed similar.

I began to worry it was herpes, but since they haven't gone away for quite some time I'm starting to think it is something else possibly worse.  I did some stupid things with a person I barely knew like a month before this so I am concerned.  I just recently got health insurance so I will be going to a doctor as soon as I get the card and can find one.
