Tired of being afraid

I'd say about 2 months ago I had unprotected oral sex with 2 separate men, I've contacted both and both said they were clean and feeling nothing out of normal. Before then it was months before an encounter. 4-5 probably. And that was safe played, and it was also intercourse (anally). I am also a man as well, 19.

I've been noticing just a lot of weird stuff. I'm wondering if I'm working myself up or not?

A few days ago I finally took attention to a white, flaky rash I had developed on one side of my scrotum. The skin was dry and rough, itched at times but not consistently. Usually made worse by scratching more. I've been treating it with lotramin for the past 2 days and it's no longer itchy, the skins going back to normal. I assume if its getting better it means that it was a fungal infection like jock itch? Also, i put gold bond powder on it when it starts to itch and that causes immediate relief. The thing is I have had this for quite some time now, and it only just started to worry me. It usually comes and goes, I've never had it checked out but anyone I ask says it's just dermatological.

It doesn't burn when I pee, or at least I don't believe it burns. I am aware I am peeing, there is a warm sensation but it doesn't feel out of the usual.

About two days ago my penis was a little sore. Not itchy, or burned, just sore as if it was bent...
Then today my testicles were sore for a while but it seemed to go away after a bit.
I thought today I was peeing a little more than usual. Honestly I feel I might have been pushing myself to pee more since urinating seemed to relief the pain I was feeling.

Could this be an STI or am I just being hysterical?

sounds like it's jock itch or dry skin.  continue the antifungal for a full week after the rash is gone.

the risk of a std from oral is very low. saves you worrying though if it's always protected unless it's a partner who's std status you are aware of.

No doubt I have a pretty high stress life as well, if its worth noting. I also was on WebMD and a lot of these symptoms got worse after reading about them. The discomfort and pain started after I read about it for sure, before webMD i just had a itchy ball sack.
