Treatment Update/Worse Symptoms AGAIN??!?!

Here's an update on my treatment/symptoms/appointments.

-Got the shot 2+ weeks ago, some symptoms treated, others worsened?

- vaginal discharge heavier, watery, light brown - golden yellow color, and now has an extremely strong poo like odor. Lots pours out 5+ times daily, in large ammounts. Even a small drop is enough to stink up me and a room. Usually lots lf air comes with the discharge, amd floaty stringy looking things come out aswell sometimes, along with blood streaks.
Pain deep in the vagina / under belly button tender and painful with pressure.
Cloudy strong smelly urine, bubbly, hard to start/stop stream, burning snd painful discomfort during and after urinating. Discharge also pours out more when i use the bathroom.
Yellowy-red scally rash around vaginal opening, as well as on my pubic hair area, binkini line and possibly elsewhere. Has tears, just today noticed the color, not all patches have the color or anything, just dry skin and itchyness.
Intense side head pain/neck pain/body aches/low fever. Started when i stood up and briefly lost conciousness (few secs) got inteense quick. Muscles feel achey/stiff for a few dys now. When i move head soemtimes, of whenever i stand/sit up i get very dizzy. If i stay stabding i pass out. Sometimes i dont have the feeling to sit down first, itll just start so intense i pass out for a sec.

And i thats all that id says important/new. Idk whats wrong, bur since 1-2 days before getting the shot, i got pains in lower back + some that shot, and last 1-2weeks noticed small discharge changes. Until 2-3 days ago, whem jt got THIS bad.

How do i manage the odor? It never goes away it smells thru 4 layers on my clothes, one small drop smells a room. Its embarrassing and gross. What could it be? I have a folloe up i believe this week, or early next.
