SPOTTED ACTIVE OUTBREAK DURING EXPOSURE. PLEASE HELP!! :(

Hello medhelp community, I am very worried over an encounter I had with a pros. that I am regretful of and very about. My experience is as follows:

A couple hours back I was with a pros. where I spotted some sort of an outbreak in her genital area. I asked her about it and she said that it's something like 'pimples'. I asked her if she gets it from time to time and she sort of agreed that it comes and goes off. I got worried that very moment and panicked. The thought that it could be a herpes outbreak just struck me. I was there for mutual masturbation and  had a condom on my penis that I removed with my hands and proceeded to leave.

But before I saw this, I had hugged her, kissed her (not on the lips) and sort of got cozy with her. I also rubbed my face on her belly and waist and kissed her there. She was wearing a shirt where her belly was exposed the whole time. Both of us were clothed at the time, at least the lower body. I had held her hand for a while. After that, I took my pants off till my buttocks and was resting on the bed when she masturbated me with her hand and I had no condom on. Even I used my hand in this (the same one I had touched her hand with) This was about 5 minutes or so. It proceeded with me wearing a condom and masturbating. She was rubbing my testicles.

Amidst, I thought of dry humping and put my pants on (underwear and denims) along with the condom on my penis  and zipped up with the buckle loose. She was wearing a long skirt. I was dry humping for a minute in the missionary position and then got up to finish off in the condom. I took my pants off and was masturbating when she pulled her skirt up and I saw some marks on her upper thigh near her genitals. I was here that I panicked...

I am very sorry to describe such details but I am horrified at the moment. I am aware of stds and wanted to avoid such a situation. I wish I hadn't done it. The thing worrying me most is her hands and other body parts that were in touch with mine. Also during dry humping I didn't really notice whether her skin was in touch with mine since I was unbuckled and  her belly was exposed. Also, some part of her legs might have been exposed as she wearing a skirt and had spread her legs while we were dry humping. I came home and bathed and also cleaned my

I want to know, what are my chances of catching an std (even HIV) or any other form of disease in this sort of exposure, assuming she had an active outbreak and had touched her genitals before touching mine. I don't think she was aware of herpes or maybe I was mistaken.

I'm feeling totally lost and guilty. Please help me out. Thanks a lot medhelp. You are doing more than just answers.
Thank You

It is not IMPOSSIBLE to receive herpes from her touching her infected area and then immediately touching you. The chances aren't as high as direct skin to skin contact, but it is still a possibility. Go to your doctor and get a blood test, hopefully that will calm your nerves.

Sounds like you had no exposure of any kind. I'd say your chance of any std are zero

But what if her hands had touched her genitals followed by touching mine. Also, my face came in contact with her abdomen.
If it was an active outbreak of HSV could it be transmitted from the events I described

Thank You for your reply.
Hi touching or no touching you had zero risk to contract any std. To get herpes there needs to be naked genital to gential rubbing contact to force the virus into a nerve.
