Two weeks test

Dears, thanks for your answer in these weeks. Yesterday, I had a test for HIV and syphilis after the unprotected oral sexual two weeks ago. The result is negative. But in China, the mediciner insists that the test should be held at least 3-4 weeks later after the sex action.
Could you kindly check and advise whether the result can exclude the syphilis for me, and whether I need to have another test two weeks later.
Thank you.

Syphilis test is 6 weeks after exposure for a conclusive result.

In these two days, I have pain in my throat and some small red points on the arms. I am worried about whether it is the brachychronic symptoms for HIV. Thank you!
