UNDERSTANDING

I HAD PROTECTED SEX WITH MY PARTNER.... WE HAD NO ORAL SEX.... AND A WEEK LATER I HAD PENIS DISCHARGEMENT.... SO I TOOK MY TEST THE SYPHILIS TEST CAME BACK NEGATIVE... AND MY THROAT SWAB FOR GONORREAH AND CHYLMADIA WAS NEGATIVE... I'M JUST WAITING ON MY URINE TEST.... MY QUESTION IS SHOULD I BE SCARED

little drops and no pain likely isn't an issue. if you are concerned, return to your provider for further work up.

was your gf tested for std's?

Ok went to Dr...  And my doctor gave me cipro antibiotics... And ordered me to take all the std test.... Now everything came back normal so why am I still notcing some discharge... It just like little drops

If you did have protected sex, whatever you have you didn't get it from this encounter.

You were at zero risk for chlamydia and gonorrhea from this exposure.

I hope your not scared.  Though you symptoms is a bit concerning;  you'll be alright.   Urethral GONORRHEA and CHLAMYDIA are completely curable.
