UNKNOWN STD. PLEASE HELP!

Hi everyone. I had sex with an stripper 5 years ago, unfortunately de condom broke. Since then, I have been worried about having an STD. I already took twice exams for all common STD and all came negative. My symptoms are: fatigue (even if I sleep a lot or excercise, I am always feeling tired), joint pain and muscle weakness, white circles in the sides of my tongue that comes and goes. As doctors didnt find anything I thought symptoms were caused by stress and anxiety, until I figured out, my gf has developed exactly the same symptoms I have. Now Im sure it must be an STD. I am very worried about this, need some answers. Someone knows something similar, any recomendation maybe to guide doctors towards some not so common STD? Thanks for your help.

People who live together and have sex have innumerable opportunities to share infections other than by sex.  As only two examples, colds and influenza run in households without requiring sex. Psychological problems are often "shared" in this way as well.

See my last sentence above. I have no other advice to give you. Good luck with it.

Well , I thought of that also at first, but the fact that my ex gfs and my actual gf got the same symptoms after having sex, leads me to the std or infection conclusion. What can it be? please help me.

Thank you!

No STD ever causes problems like this. Regardless of your gf having similar symptoms, your original stress/anxiety explanation still sounds most likely. Or maybe something like chronic fatigue syndrome (which is not passed sexually). The best I can suggest is to continue working with your doctor, including possible referral to an infectious diseases specialist.
