UTI

Hi i receive unprotected oral sex from sex worker but protected intercourse all the way.
After a week i started to develop the following symptoms :

Burning sensation while urinating , frequent urination with small amount(i feel like it was full) and and concentrated yellow urine.It was too painful
Went to see nurse they say i have UTI maybe due to dehydration but i never told about my sexual activity.
They prescribe ciprofloxacin 500mg. This is the first day i straight went to the doctor.
2nd day after taking the antibiotic still burning sensation but this time with 2 clot of small amount of blood visible(not the urine color as it is yellowish. Urine still yellowish and changed into brownish.
3rd day the burning sensation suppresses and started to feel itchy inside the urethra and anus(not sure why) and urine is in normal color light yellow and while sometimes.
Now it is feel abit ok urine resume normal itchiness is still there when urinating and not urinating(sometimes)

I was terrified seeing 2 of lookalike blood clots as i can feel it when it comes out with the urine.

Please advise shall i need for STD screening

Hi , i checked for STD screening today but result will not be out for another 3 days. The doctor however suspect something with my bladder and did a ultrsound and found bladder lining is swollen and thicken and it is a severe infection he said. he did urine test and found blood traces in the urine and tell me it was indeed bacteria infection but unable to determine what bacteria is that. He given me another round of AB for 5 days and ask me to come to doa urine check again. DO i need a urologist as the doctor told me i dont need to go to hospital ? I scared it goes up to my kidney

I usually get this very often but this time it is severe .. I hope this is a lesson learned if it didn't turned out to be tht bad. But a quick question, if I may I feel pain in my testicle seems a bit bigger in size only not  the size that can distinguish that  iit is seere and low grade fever on the 1st day  .. nt sure if this is related but anyway thanks for ur advise. I will do as per ur advise

Thanks Vance I will get checked since in my country does not have Gonorrhea test .I will get checked for STD screening

It sounds like you had safe sex, but with oral there's still a chance of catching something but they say it's berry low. I think you might be really dehydrated, have you been drinking water? Try drinking only water throught your day. 2 glasses whe you first wake up and have a glass at least every two hours for 3-4 days and see if it helps. That's about how much I drink everyday and I never get the confusions of ghonorrea. The urine being concentrated does give pain, that's the only reason I think it's dehydration. But I'm not a doctor, so if you feel like it could be something else, go see a doctor again. Testing is never a bad idea, better safe than sorry or worry. Hope all turns out well for you, God bless

Would nto be a bad idea for gonorrhea and NGU. Maybe chlamydia but that would be rare.
