UTI's

So I recently had sex with a new partner after 6 years of sleeping with the same partner. A month after I broke up with my boyfriend I slept with someone new unprotected. Two days after having sex with that partner it started to hurt when I pee'd. So I thought it was a UTI because I used to get the often when I was younger. But when I went to the doctors they told me I had gonorrhea and a UTI!!! So I was treated for both and felt okay but I still felt off. So about two weeks later it started to hurt when I would use the restroom and so I went back to the doctors and they said it was just a UTI and I'm about half way done with my antibiotics and I still feel weird! Is it possible that I still have gonorrhea? Or could it be something else? And why is it still hurting when I pee?
