Good morning community.
I apologize for my English, I'm from South America (using a translator).
Man. 28 years.
2 months ago, on December 29, 2022, I had a risky sexual exposure. I received oral sex for 30/40 seconds from a friend (girl). All my STD tests were negative: chlam, Gon, Hiv, Herpes, Syphilis.
However, at the sixth/seventh week after this encounter, I began to have urinary symptoms: frequent urination, urgency, and a feeling of not having expelled all the urine.
My doctor sent me for a urinalysis that came back positive for E.Coli. Now I have many doubts and fears:
1. Did I get the E.Coli from that oral sex event?
2. Is E.Coli an STD?
3. Can I transmit E.Coli to my current partner?
4. Could it all be just a coincidence and my anxiety leads me to think I have an STD?
Thank you all. I know I've asked here before, but I still haven't received my urinalysis.
