Unknown symptoms, please help

A friend of mine and I went to a local pub about 10 weeks ago, and the night ended with met and my mate getting into a fight with a stranger. The man had a bloody mouth, and got bloody spit onto my right eyeball. I had no chance to wash my eye out until about an hour later which doesnt really help. At first i was very concerned with HIV, as i had a fever, sore throat and fatigue 2 weeks after exposure which lasted 4 days I then developed a middle ear infection and dry cough. At around 7 weeks post exposure i felt a weird pain in the back of my throat and didnt notice anything visible, however when i woke up i noticed about 7 or more red bumps of different sizes on the back of my throat, and the throat itself looked inflamed. Went to doc at 55 days (around 8 weeks) only got tested for HIV (neg). Doctor also noticed enlarged lymph nodes in neck. almost a month later and my throat has not changed, still read and swollen with the bumps. It doesnt really hurt, and most days just feels fine, still have swollen nodes and same dry cough. However recently i also developed swollen painful nodes in my right groin area, however i also have a cut about an inch in diameter on the same leg, as well as a scape about 4 inches long so i assume it may be from that.

this thursday will be 83 days post exposure where i am only getting tested for HIV. Do my symptoms sound related to my incident? would it be possible to contract any STD's in this matter? Does anyone have any idea what could be wrong? I've never been sick this long and im very scared. Please help me.

Please ignore the HIV part, could you tell me if bloody spit in eye can transmit any STDs? Also would a swollen red throat with little bumps for a month be a symptom of any STD?
