Unprotected Oral With CSW

Yesterday, 11/16, I met up with a 22 CSW, she gave me unprotected oral and I did the same to her.  I got way too involved and now I'm completely regretting this decision.  I know it has only been 1 full day, but I have a couple of questions.   All day today I have had a pretty bad sore throat, it hasn't subsided at all.  I'm thinking maybe that was because I smoked meth with this girl ( huge mistake #2 ).  I had never smoke that before and figured maybe my throat was bad because of that.  I have a small sore on my lip on the inside of my mouth which doesn't really look like herpes.  I didn't sleep at all last night and haven't been feeling well at all today.  Also, my penis has been feeling extremely " tingling " and i noticed a very minor clear discharge earlier today.  Basically what I'm wondering, is it possible that this soar throat is from chlamydia or gonorrhea.   This is extremely upsetting obviously, and I've been trying to keep my cool as best as possible.  I did not have sex with her, just unprotected oral receive and give.  I'm really a lot more worried about having gone down on her, who knows who's she was with that day.

HIV questions post in the HIV forum.

You smoked meth...don't you think that your symptoms are probably from that? No STD symptoms show up the next day. You had a low risk encounter for STD's. I'd be more worried about the meth then a STD. Worried that you will want that same high again and start an addiction to it.

Also, I accidentally bit my lip a couple of days ago, and i'm worried it could have still been open a little bit.  What is the probability of a possible HIV infection?  I know there is the 3 month waiting time but this is just causing too much anxiety for me
