Unprotected gay oral sex and std risks

I engaged in unprotected oral sex with a other gay man, 3 nights ago.  I performed - very briefly for about 1 min and then stopped, before any ejaculation. He claimed that he was "clean" and seemed quite honest.  I live in South Africa. It was dark and did not notice any lesions on his penis, but am extremely worried of having contracted some STDs.  I took 2 g of Azithromycin this morning. Can anyone please tell me what are my risks of having contracted HIV, or any type of STD and should you recommend any testing, how long should i wait before taking the tests?

Performing a "deep throat" oral is the real risk so no deep throat really no risk. also contracting herpes is not real issue either.

Thank you for your reply. I did however performed the oral sex. My genitals were never exposed. Should i be on the lookout for sores in my mouth? Will the azithromycin took this morning have any clinical benifit in terms of incubating bacterial std? Once more thank you for your reply.

Hi, its zero risk for hiv and low risk for gono, herpes and syphilis. Testing is not recommmended without a puss penis discharge or genital sores appearing about a week later or if you have a long term partner.
