You could get gonorrhea, chlamydia or syphilis.

Thank you, would you recommend getting tested after this encounter? If I have caught something how soon could I pass it to someone else?
Most experts don't think that a single act of unprotected oral warrants testing. If you have a regular partner, and you don't think you'll be able to lt this go, then test for peace of mind.
