Unprotected oral sex and itchy scrotum inner thigh and anal skino

Hi

2 weeks back I had an unprotected oral sex with someone. From last week am experiencing itchy scrotum and on the area behind the scrotum and around my anus. It's itchy burning and as streaks of softened skins rashes. Could this be any indication of any STD?
When I surfed net I found that could be fungal infection or yeast or bacterial. Of which its close to the images of fungal infections on the net.
Please clarify if this is an Std or mere fungal?
If fungal can I use lemon extract to seek home remedy? Or creams like Candid B would help?

I would appreciate if my doubts are cleared.

Thanks in advance
