Semen contact with penis

Recently, I and another male performed oral sex on each other. he then came on my hands and me ( not thinking at all) masturbated with his *** on my hands getting quite a bit on my penis. I was wondering what the risk was for such an encounter?  I know for HIV it is zero but what about other common ones? (Chlamydia, Gon. etc)

thanks in advance
