Unprotected oral sex with a sex worker

Hi there,

About 5 days ago, I received unprotected fellatio from a sex worker. Immediately after that,  I experienced pain while urinating. However, the pain went away on subsequent instances of urination.
Subsequently, there was a clear, sticky discharge from my penis after exercise. The discharge does not appear when I do not exercise.

I've also experienced symptoms like slightly swollen lymph glands on the left side of my neck and my armpits.
I'm afraid that I might have contracted an STD from the sex worker. I'm also particularly worried that the discharge from my penis is indicative of STDs like chlamydia or gonorrhea and my other symptoms indicative of HIV.

Can someone please give me some advice on this?

Hi

zero risk for HIV            (no need to test)
zero risk for chlamydia (no need to test)

Yes, you cannot contract HIV from oral sex. But you can contract gonorrhea and chlymadia.
Chlymadia chances are low though.

You should get tested, your symptoms look like Gonorrhea or NGU.

First, you cannot get HIV from oral sex. For other STD, you need to test.
