Could I have contracted

I visited a prostitute on 18th April 2010 ans had unprotected oral sex. She performed fellatio on me. This lasted only for a few seconds and when I realised she started off without a condom I asked her to stop. Later she put the condom on my penis and rode on me. I was already errect and came within a minute or so.
I also noticed a chancre sort of a thing on her breasts which she was trying to hide. And he also not willing to shoe her private parts, saying she was shy etc. Now I am worried if I could have been contracted any STDs or more seriously HIV. I am totally devasted and hate myslef for the whole episode. Please advice if I am at risk and whe can I get tested to be sure.

Thanks so much guys. I was not at work today coz of this bloody thing and whole day spent repenting. And may be becasue of the tension I have a slight head ache and fever too. No other symptoms. I could not see anyone in their eyes today and I am really drained emotionally. Thanks for reassurance from all you guys I have decided firmly never to call on a prosititue again, this will be the first and last as well !. I am thankful to all who responded to my desperate posting.

As Vance said, test if you really need that peace of mind. when it comes to infections from oral sex, you really dont have anything to worry about if you dont have symptoms. The chances of anyone having an std in their mouth is very very rare.

relax a little. You had protected ex and you cannot get HIV from oral sex. Try to take some deep breathes. Test for gonorrhea and chlamydia 1 week after exposure. Test for syphillis at 6 weeks and herpes at 3 months. Do you have any symptoms at all?

As far as STD's the oral for a few seconds is not a worry, and with condom protected sex it is low risk for herpes. hpv and syphilis. Very low risk. Test is you want but I see no major reason to do so.
