Urethritis and discomfort - NSU?

I'm stil getting nagging symptoms that wont go away and at my wits end. Can I ask people here (preferably a Dr) what is the proper indicator or definition of a penile discharge? I've had a constantly irritated urethra for months and my partner is having repeated symptoms of UTI (pain when peeing only). I've looked at lots of pictures on the internet about discharge and can't see that any match what I see at all. I dont get anything day to day (on underwear etc) but I do notice after I ejaculate that where there is usually a clear liquid after the semen - now when I rub it between thumb and forefinger I can see a very webby white material appear in amongst the clear fluid. I'd say it looks something like thrush. I wouldn't say it was a white discharge at all as it isn't white at first glance. Its a clear fluid with either a lot of white blood cells or a thrush type whitish cotton type culture in it. It's constantly irritating (not burning when I pee, just annoying and itchy a lot) and hasn't responded to various antibiotics.

Ive been tested for everything but symptoms now for 4 months and very itchy. It's really getting me down and I'm getting nowhere with a diagnosis. I had badly damaged by urethra about 6 months back and have had constant issues since. Also check my urethra a lot which I'm sure makes the situation worse.

Please help me.

Hi a infection discharge is white or gray puss and a clear indicates mucus to sooth inflamed areas and milking after ejaculation would be sperm and lub. If you damaged the nerves inside your urethra could take a long time to heal. Speak to your doctor about this. You can have a scope inserted to see if theres any visiable damage.

on a side note. over my years here ive seen many post about cronic inside urethra irrtation that dont go away and have put some people right on the edge and in my research ive read many studies that std,s can cause inside urethra nerve damaged and could take a very long time to heal. These studies were brought on by many people complaining of untreatable UTI,s and the study concluded it was nerve damage causing the irritations.
Thanks. I'm really at the end of my tether and thoroughly depressed by the whole thing. It's the only thing I think about all day and the constant irritation won't go away. Partner has same symptoms. I can see my Dr stopping even listening to me as we've tried everything and it won't go away. Had 1g of azithromycin the other week and symptoms didn't go. It's just constant and depressing and now I'm even losing weight worrying about it as I can't eat. I have no idea what is causing it but the symptoms are real for 2 people.
