Is there a chance I may not have herpes?

The sex I had yesterday was unprotected for 1 minute or less. She then informed me of the disease and I put on a condom and foolishly stayed. Up until this interaction, I had not had sex for 3 months. 12 hours later I noticed these small dots on the side of my penis. Everywhere I have read says symptoms don't usually start this quickly. Any input is appreciated. There is no swelling, big bulges/pimple like symptoms, or redness, they are small faint dots, and my natural skin color. There are 7, some are larger, and others can barely be seen., and they are all close together.

As your exposure was 3 months ago, now it's a good moment to test for herpes. You should also go for a full-std test.

All the best.
