Urologist said could be chlamydia....

Ok so my problems all started back in december right around xmas. I woke up one morning not feeling right, had pain/irritation/burning sensation located at the tip of my penis. No pain on urination. I did notice small amounts of a clear sticky discharge when i milked in the morning and some times throughout the day even when i was not aroused. This was all very concerning so i went to get tested. Had urine test and swab test done for chlamydia and gono. Both test came back negative. Drs treated me as well to be safe. Told my gf what i had just had done she went and got tested for everything. Urine test blood test and swab. All negative she never had any sort of symptoms and still doesnt just me.....ohhh boy fun stuff.
Well i never started feeling better so back to the drs i went saw a different one this time around, gave her the run down. Another urine test.... Negative....blood work was normal. She thought it was yeast which i was thinking myself since i do get yeast infections, but was skeptical since its always been a red itchy rash on the penis head. This is pain and irritation located at the meatus. Started treating as yeast saw no improvements. Got a referral to a derm and urologist. Dermatologist said everything looked normal but did agree the skin around my meatus was slightly inflamed but was mild. Rxd me ketoconazole 2% to try just incase. Started to feel a tad bit better but saw no difference on the actual skin itself.  Puffy red skin at meatus that only i think is abnormal since i know what my penis looks like but all this doctors tell me it looks normal.
A couple days ago i saw a urologist gave him the whole run down including my prostatitis issues i had back in 09. Had another urine test done negative. He checked my prostate and when he touched it i could feel pressure in my urethra. He had me milk my penis to see if and fluid was expressed which there was. I asked if he wanted to try and culture my prostate fluid he seemed hesitant and told me its hard to culture bacteria in the prostate. He examined my penis said the meatus looks normal even tho i strongly disagree. He said looks fine but doesnt feel normal whatever that means since he didnt explain what felt abnormal. He said it indicates something is still in their( im guessing my prostate?) he then told me chlamydia can sometimes be tough to culture, which i took it has him saying i think you have chlamydia. He then finally agreed to try and culture my prostate fluid and had me take a post prostate massage urine test. I was rxed 20 days of levaquin to see if it would clear things up.
Now my questions are what is the likelihood this is chlamydia with 6 negative test between two ppl (4 me 2 her)
And can i be confident this is even a prostate infection since the only symptoms i have are irritation pain at the meatus with red puffy looking skin?

Id agree that its not ct infection, given the evidence of the situation tho a medical professional said other wise. Talk about mind ****. Something has to be causing this it would be to figure out my mental health is wearing thin

Attaching photos is not permitted and there is no way to do it.  We don't need to see it because we are not doctors and no one should give you a diagnosis over the internet anyway.

It's highly unlikely this is CT after all the testing, and I'm unsure why your urologist would be trying to culture CT anyway with the NAAT tests available.  Culture and testing of your prostatic fluid may help clear things up a bit if they find anything.  If this is prostatitis, then they most likely will not find anything, and prostatitis can reoccur throughout your life.  Trying to figure out the causative agent in the prostate is difficult even in research settings, so I don't have a lot of hope in your urologist finding anything from one culture test of prostatic fluid.

Bottom line, if you and your partner tested negative for CT multiple times, and you've been treated for it, you can be sure you do not have an active CT infection.

Ya i dont think so either but thats what a urologist claimed could be the issue. Any insight on what it is tho? Im the usa as well so mycoplasma and uraplasma were never looked into.
