balanitis, psoriasis, or herpes?

hello i had unprotected sex 10 days ago, not even twenty four hours later i saw redness when i pulled back my forskin, nothing big, around 3 days(7days after i had sex)i started noticing little dots that are red not blisters as in herpes just red dots, they tend to go away the more i sleep, its is now day ten they havent gotten much worst at all if not better from when i noticed the spots 3 days ago, after much research i found it looks more along the lines of balanitis than herpes or maybe even a fourm of psoriasis, ive always had dry skin and its been acting up as a little kid i had eczema, im really hoping this isnt herpes but it seems to good to be true to be balanitis or somthing less serious please help
