Do I have an std or sti? Think I may have gotten herpes and I'm scared

I made the biggest mistake of my life a few days ago. It was midnight On Tuesday November 1st (Wednesday morning). I was driving home and saw a hooker on the side of the road, I don't know what got into me but I ended up getting unprotected oral sex from her. It was under 10 minutes but I ejaculated. It wasn't until morning when I realized what I had done. I started to google what I could potential get, it was nice to see that everything was curable but herpes.  Since that day I have not shown any signs of herpes, however, I have noticed this "tingling" feeling now and then on random areas of my body. It's more like a prick from a needle, doesn't hurt but I notice it.  I've felt it in my shoulder, around my arms, upper belly/chest, upper back, in my ankle, behind my knees or around it, on my thigh, on my foot, and only a couple times near the pelvic/groin area.  I look at my penis everyday looking for any abnormalities and it seems normal. Seems very jelly like (not as stiff as before, probably me not thinking about much else).  But no marks or growths.  One thing that scared me was after the fact she had put something in her mouth when I asked her what it was she said crack, and that she wanted to take a hit in my car (to which I said heck no). This was probably what got me more paranoid that anything because I always remembered crackheads do anything for a fix, and now I'm terrified that I may have gotten myself into some trouble. I could live with any sti/std that is curable, but herpes I can't or even hiv (which seems very unlikely from what I've read). I'm 33 and now and I do want to settle down and have a family knew day and this just makes me feel sick to my stomach. If I did catch something, I would never want to bring someone into my life with it. I know I could be just really feeling this in my mind. But I don't know what's normal now that I'm focusing on this.  Is it possible I could have gotten something else that's curable, or that maybe she got crack in my system and I'm just getting sensation for that? I didn't get to look at her lips to much, but from what I remember she seemed ok, she was just really slow in her speech and walking (probably from drugs) but I don't know enough. I have never been this foolish or irresponsible in my life. I've only had two relationships in the past and about 4 sexual encounters with people I still know. This was my first unprotected oral from a stranger/hooker I ever had and I'm scared it will have life long consequences.  Can someone please help me think this through? I have nobody to talk to, too scared of sharing this with my close friends and family.

So I'm actually on day five now exactly in about an hour. For the last hour or so I have been feeling itchy all over my body (not itchy enough to scratch but more than before). I feel a little swelling in right elbow, and little in my left knee. I have felt I little pressure on my head (headache) a few times throughout the day. Not sure what's going on in me but I feel like something is going on.

Im not sure what puffy means but puffy is not an std symptom, white puss penis discharge and burning while urinating or genital blister that appear about a week later are symptoms of std,s.

Moll would be a raised wart type condition with a dent in the middle. The dent in the middle is the tell tale sign of Moll.

Thank you.  I think you're right. Just never looked down there before. Actually looks normal. I'm on day 7 and the only real think that I feel is the pin feeling. More like an ant bite here and there (never really around groin area) and it's not consistent just random.
The area above my penis seems a little puffy today but that could be my imagination.

Update! So about 3 hours ago I notices a few pimple like bums on the bottom of my ball sack. They didn't hurt and weren't easy to pop. Was more like getting a blackhead out....after it popped a white hard thing came out and a bit of blood. They seem to be growing around the base of the hairs. I did some research and it seems like molluscum, but it seams that the incubation time is still too short (I'm at the 4 day mark since oral). Any ideas?

So don't think it's molluscum. I think they have always been there. Never really looked down there. So still not sure what's going on if anything is. The only thing that I feel is the pin like feeling. More like an ant bite from time to time. Nothing consistent just here and there. It's day 7 now. It seems that  above my penis (under belt line) is a little puffy but I don't know what it was like before.

Hi, if she did not have any lip sores at the time your risk is close to zero for herpes and i dont think she would give you oral anyway if she did have a lip sore as the pain would be too much. Very low risk activity and actually she would be more at risk for things like Gono than you. If you dont have a long term partner, testing would not be recommended without any genital sores developing about 2 weeks late. I will continue this discussion monday as am leaving for the day if you have any other questions. but you can post in the herpes group also as Don the commnity is also very knowledgable about things like this

Thank you. I understand that she may not give oral because of pain if she had sores, but being the negative person I am right now, I don't know if a hooker would turn down money (especially if she is a druggy). I'm hoping you're right though. Either way, could the feeling I have be something else? Or just my head?
