Is it possible to get STD's this way????

The story is.... Basically about 10 months ago while staying at Uni i was trying to think of ways to earn money. So i thought maybe i could wash my fellow study and house friends clothes. We never had a washing machine so i used to do everything by handwash. I dont know what i was thinking but one student gave me some of their clothing to wash including boxers. I did say no but then for some reason done it. I didnt really hand wash, i just picked up the underwear with the tip of my fingers and used the shower to wash it.

I didnt see anythin on the underwear as i know i wouldnt have touched it.
I was wondering if i could of caught an std or hiv from this at all?

I did scrub the underwear together with soap but only the outside and i did squeeze just the outisde with water to get the soap out. I dont remember having any cuts but maybe little cuts from where i bite my nails. Ive been worried on and off ever since! Its driving me mad and it was so stupid to do.

So my questions is, is there anyway possibly i could have caught an std or hiv from touching/cleaning the underwear if they happened to be infected?

Would appreciate all answers

p.s I do have anxiety and ocd so maybe this is causing my worry?

I am going to elaborate on why you had no risk.

It takes sexual contact to transmit an std. Simple touching with your hands even with superficial cuts is not going to do it. Please do not worry yourself with this no risk situation.
