Warts in pubic area; concerned.

I recently discovered that I had flesh colored warts above my penis (in the pubic area between my abdomen and the base of my penis). I have been able to find nothing online that looks like them. They just look like the sort of warts you'd get on your hands or feet, and don't really hurt. I know that I did the very thing that you're not supposed to do, and went to Walgreens and bought a kit to freeze them off, but I was sort of freaked out when I first discovered them back in December. Strangely, I didn't have them before one time that I shaved with my razor, and I hadn't been sexually active for about a year before that point. They don't cluster together, and are usually single. I haven't gotten them on my scrotum or penis; they just seem to appear in the area that I shaved. They don't hurt, but I'm worried about what they might be anyway, and hope that maybe some more light can be shed on what I might have, other than the extremely vague and often conflicting information that I have been able to acquire on the internet.

Well it seems like these are not warts but something connected to shaving. See a Dr.

Also, these warts went away after I froze them off, then I shaved again and they came back pretty much the next day.
