Please help me

I was wondering if anyone can please help me. I’m in such a panic and am crying so bad I can barely breathe. I had a total of 7 sexual partners all unprotected over the course of 12 years until I met my husband. When I was pregnant I was tested for all stds and everything was negative. I had a two rpr syphilis tests one in first and one in third trimester both non reactive. I read that if I acquired it years ago the rpr does not show up and now I have an 8 month old who I’m so scared I gave it too if I had syphilis. He just got his first two bottom teeth and they look somewhat notched which I read is another sign. We’re my test results reliable? I’m so scared and upset right now someone please help me
