Know if that had been washed. Around 5 minutes after she masturbated me
Using antibacterial soap. What are my chances of contracting scabies or any other diseases? Is there any way to diagnose this four days afterwards?

You're right, I am seeking counselling for my sex addiction however I have relapses. This was the first time since 2011 I slipped up. Hopefully this towel incident will not cause me any grief.

However, this was a Thai massage parlour in London, and I don't know if we can say with certainty that they would always use clean towels. In the off chance that it wasn't, what are my risks for scabies crabs or lice?

they always use a new towel for each client.

no place would stay in business long if they didn't wash towels properly and started transmitting skin infections to all their clients!!

a hand job isn't a risk for you.  using soap to give you one though can cause a chemical urethritis and they really should use a good sex lube instead.
