What are my chances of having chlamydia?

I've got a doctors appointment on Friday to get tested but I am very worried about this to the point where I can't sleep so I just need a bit of advice.

I'm a 21 year old male, I had sex a few times with a girl who I just found out has chlamydia, however, I began heavy antibiotic treatment for the cure of Helicobacter pylori (amoxicillin 2g a day, clarithromycin, etc), and I only had sex with her once while taking this treatment, and had 4 days left. Would this treatment have cured my chlamydia if I caught it??? What are the chances I still have it??

ps. I have no symptoms, and this was around 2 weeks ago...

The doctor gave me 4 x 250mg azithromycin capsules just incase, still waiting for my results to come back.

I emptied the capsules into fruit juice and drank it, however it tastes vile and I couldn't finished it, I'd say I took about 750mg of it, do you think this would be enough to clear it if I even have it? Or should I go back to doctors for more medication?

There is a decent chance that the medication would have cured it. Testing while on the medication might be useless. You would have to wait about 2 weeks after medication to get an accurate test.

Use condoms.
