We can't say it's all clear. Do you have your results from 2013? 1:640 is fairly high, and if you've tested negative between 2013 and now, this may be a new infection, which means on your next test, the numbers may be higher.

This could also be a sign that the treatment from 2013 didn't work. Doctors would have to compare your test results (both the numbers and the types of tests) to know for sure.

In the months following your treatment, did they do testing to look for a four-fold drop in the numbers? That indicates that the treatment is working. (For example, if your result was a 1:16, they'd look for it to be a 1:4.)

In any case, you should follow up with your doctor. See if you can get copies of all your previous tests. That will be very helpful for your doctors.

Hi -

You have conflicting results on your TPPA and TRUST (which is an RPR test), so one of them is giving a false positive or a false negative. The CDC recommends getting another TPPA test to determine if you have syphilis or not. This is an article you can show your doctor if needed. https://www.cdc.gov/mmwr/preview/mmwrhtml/mm6005a1.htm

HBsAG is a hepatitis B test, and yours is negative.

Anti0HCv is a test for hepatitis C, and yours is negative.

Hello I was infected last 2013 and completed doses of Penecillin. I’m working here in China since 2011. Every time I got the result of my annual exam for my visa. Always result is negative and says I don’t have comunicable diseases or threats to infect others . So it’s all clear? Please enlighten me.
