What could I possibly have?

Hello. I am new to all this so I apologize if this question was already asked. 5 weeks ago i had unprotected vaginal sex with a co worker. It didn't just happen once. The 2nd time we had oral sex too, unprotected. About 3 weeks after we had our first sex, I noticed 3 red round thing like a rash on my lower belly. It was itchy at first and the itch slowly went away. Then a week later I had mild sore throat and it was gone the 3rd day. A week later, my ankle joints started to hurt. It still does once in a while until now.  Now, (5 weeks after our first sex) I noticed i noticed a mild sore throat again and ulcer on my throat, it does not hurt but it bothers me. There's a little white stuff behind my tounge, like the back part. And I notice vaginal discharge that's yellowish sometimes white. I just found out 2 weeks ago that im pregnant. COuld I possibly have some kind of infection? STD? or is the vaginal  discharge because im pregnant? I am soooo worried. I know i need to get tested, i will do that next week. But for those who was tested positive with any kind of STD... does this symptoms sound familiar? Thank you

Your profile says your male, and it confused me.

First, know that I never tested positive for gonorrhea and chlamydia furthermore I am male, but really your showing classical symptoms of concern plus you DID had an exposure.  You were at risk for STDs: Get tested for gonorrhea and chlamydia via urine test for the vaginal discharge --do it today if you can.  Get that ucler in your throat checked by a doctor, it doesn't sound STD related.

Sore throat is not a signal toward STDs (if your thinking oral gonorrhea --that's rare.
Oral chlamydia --forget about it very very rare).  White stuff behind your toung is normal.
