Is it STD/STI?

Me and my female partner (we both are virgins) had oral sex for the first time ever on 11th May 2018. I licked her vagina just for short period as we both weren’t comfortable. Now I am feeling burning sensation (not much) during peeing and my penis head has 2 black spots. Besides this there is nothing more. Is this any STD/STI or just a urinary track infection? Please note, we both are virgin.

Please guide me as I am very scared.

If you are both virgins, and all you have done is performed oral sex on her, your genital symptoms can't be caused by this. STDs don't travel like this - if the point of infection is the mouth, your symptoms would be oral. If the point of infection were genital, your infection would be genital and your symptoms would be genital.

It could be a UTI, but only a doctor who does some testing can tell you that for sure.

If you are both virgins who have not given anyone else oral sex, neither of you can have an STD. :) These infections need sexual activity to spread.

Also, good for stopping when you felt uncomfortable. That's important, as is communicating about it. When you get there - and there is NO RUSH, sex is a lot better when everyone is ready and able to talk about it. :)
